A highly respected attorney, born in Panama, Republic of Panama on April 11, 1931. Founder of the law firm, Quijano & Associates in 1959. Admitted to practice law in Panama, as well as in Colombia. He distinguished himself for his extensive comprehension of diverse legal matters and his vocation for the business world, being the President and Administrator of several national and foreign companies. A sharp intelligence, personal charm, and being highly cultured were the main traits of his personality, which for decades made him the firm’s icon and to be acknowledged as one of the best legal minds and a business pioneer in the Republic of Panama.
