What do the banks require for opening a bank account?
The requirements to open a bank account vary from bank to bank; however, there is certain documentation which is consistent to most banks, such as the following:

• Bank account application form.
• Signature cards completed.
• Original or certified copies of the corporate documents.
• Original Bank reference for each signatory to the corporate account and for at least one director.
• Certificate of Good Standing.
• Notarized copy of a passport or other photo identification, for all authorized signatories and directors on the bank account.
• Names of all shareholders and beneficial owners must also be indicated.
• Verification of Address. 
• Documents stamped with company seal.
